About the Owner:

Duane Starks, owner of QuanStar Limousine Service, was born and raised in South Florida.  He is a graduate of Miami Beach Senior High school, where he participated in 3 major sports and holds several school records in his sport activities. His educational journey took him through Holmes Jr. College in Goodman MS., where he continued his football career.  After two years Duane returned to Miami, FL. to attend Miami Dade Community College where he attained the rest of his college credits to receive his AA degree.  Once eligible for a major university, he was heavily recruited by the Univ. of Miami and was presented with a full athletic scholarship.  Duane later attained his Bachelors degree and was also accepted as the #10 pick overall in the NFL draft to the Baltimore Ravens in 1998.  In the 2000 season, Duane and his team had become Super Bowl Champions by defeating the New York Giants in SUPERBOWL XXXV in Tampa, Florida. He continued his career with several teams in the NFL. After his 4year contract ended with the Ravens, he served 3 years with the Arizona Cardinals, 1 year with the New England Patriots before being injured, and 2 years with the Oakland Raiders.
